Hello, my name is: Stephanie de Coo.
I am an artist/illustrator, and former owner of Children's Bookshop: 'Nooitgenoeg', from the Netherlands.
I am inspired by the small things in life, and love to observe children and animals (and their behaviour).
I enjoy markmaking, and exploring all kinds of mediums and techniques,
but also know how to to keep a consistent 'style' after choosing one.

Longlisted for The Unpublished Picturebook Showcase '6 in 2024 and presented online on the dPICTUS platform to the community of international publishers and agents.
Shortlisted for the 2024 Scottish Illustration Huntly and Picturehooks competition.
Longlisted for the Lemniscaat Picture This! 2023 illustration contest.
Shortlisted in the 2023 Northern Prize Emerging Illustrator Category at the Northern Festival of Illustration.
